Had the most flawless experience Sunday when I met and watched Carmen Carrera perform! I went out in drag as Tiara. As Carmen was doing her first performance, she took my dollar did the “werrrrk” finger wiggle. After she finished she said she was ready to dance and called everyone to the dance floor, and I came out and started shaking my ass, and she came up behind me, and I shook my ass all up on her!!!! She held me and put her arms around my waist and I nearly died and went to heaven. As everyone started surrounding us wanting to get pictures with her, she told me how good I smelt. (I was wearing Fame by Lady Gaga of course). I asked for a picture and she said of course! But just as she answered people started grabbing her and snapping photos. She grabbed my hand and held on to it while taking photos with everyone else. She said that everyone needed to hurry because they were calling her backstage. She didn’t let go of my hand until we took our picture, then she ran off backstage! It was so sweet…. Her second performance was fucking amazing, she did “Any Time, Any Place” by Janet Jackson and I was living for her fucking pasties and that giant fan… she killed it. At the meet and greet she was telling me how cute and beautiful I was, and she signed that picture to me… I could cry thinking about all of this because she is the reason I started drag. She is my number 1 inspiration! What an honor!
